Charity Food Donations are received the first two sundays of each quarter at First Lutheran Church. The non-perishable food items and personal hygiene items are collected in the Welcome Center and given to local ministries such as NEST, Ghent Area Ministries, and the International Seaman’s House.

Lunch Ministry provides a hot meal in our Upper Room each Wednesday year round for any guest who indicates an interest in receiving a meal.

Mobile Meals is a program which provides a hot lunch and a cold supper and daily fellowship to aging Norfolk senior citizens who live independently. Recipients pay $24 per month for this 5 day a week service.
